Beginners of all ages are welcome to join the Kamloops Tai Chi Club any time. The first class is free, no registration required — just come as you are.

Regular classes start up again on Sept. 15, 2026, and take place every Tuesday from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Kamloops Seniors Community Centre (Cottonwood Manor) until the end of May 2027. After one free class, the fee is $130 for every 10 classes that you attend.
Instructor
Our instructor begins with qigong (chi gung) exercises, then teaches the form.
Form
The form consists of 24 moves based on the traditional Yang style.
